Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Payments Are Processed by Paddle
Paid access on analyseboard.com (e.g. the Reincarnation access) is sold through our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd., acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is therefore also responsible for handling withdrawals and refunds; refunds are executed by Paddle.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract. Within this period the contract may be revoked without giving reasons, and payments already made will be refunded.
3. Expiry for Digital Content
For contracts concerning the provision of digital content or digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once the user has expressly consented to performance of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this consent causes the right of withdrawal to lapse (§ 356(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB). This consent is obtained in the Paddle checkout, where the governing withdrawal instructions are provided. Since access is unlocked immediately after purchase, no right of withdrawal remains once consent has been given.
4. How to Request a Refund
A refund can be requested in two ways:
Via Paddle: The purchase confirmation e-mail from Paddle contains a link to your order, where a refund can be requested directly. Alternatively, Paddle support is available at paddle.net.
Via us: Send an informal e-mail to support@analyseboard.com — please include the order number from your Paddle purchase confirmation. We will forward the request to Paddle.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days; depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear. Once refunded, the corresponding paid access ends.
6. Goodwill
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we review refund requests on a case-by-case goodwill basis — for example in the event of technical problems that significantly impair use of the purchased access, or accidental duplicate purchases. The contractual details are governed by the Terms of Service (section 6).
